After a storied 19 year career, Shaquille O'neal has announced his retirement from professional basketball. A career that saw him win four NBA titles, the MVP award, three Finals MVP awards, and 15, count 'em 15 All-Star selections. He was the first truly "fun" big guy, the first big to really cross over into popular culture. (O'neal has recorded 4 studio albums and his first "Shaq Diesel" went certified platinum). From his larger than life physique to showtime personality Shaq will go down as one of the greatest players of our generation, let alone of all times.
